Though Christmas festival is not Vietnamese traditional festival, in Ho Chi Minh city, people are happily preparing for Christmas. Let's go through some destinations that people like most on Christmas.

Though Christmas festival is not Vietnamese traditional festival, in Ho Chi Minh city, people are happily preparing for Christmas.

Buildings are decorated glamorously with sparkling light and flowers, Christmas tree and Santa Claus and shops which sell decorating items are always full of people... This is a perfect occasion for the youth to hang out together and take pictures to memorize this most beautiful time of the year. Let's go through some destinations that people like most on Christmas.

1. Central streets.

This year though there is no longer existance of Tax mall, Nguyen Hue flower road or the area in front of the City Theatre, the central streets are still very beatiful and sparkling as usual. Because of the gorgeous decoration, Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica is one of the most chosen destinations. Around Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica, other spots such as Diamond Plaza, Kumho, Vincom, Bitexco, Dong Khoi road,.. also have completely different appearances, specially designered to be sceneries for people to take picture.

2. Catholicities.

  District 8 catholicity located at Pham The Hien road, district 8. It attracts many young people come to see and take picture so on Christmas festival, traffic jam is such a normal thing here. The road here is all covered with colourful lights and have four kilometer length of well-decorated caves.

  Beside the beauty of the high buildings, Phu My Hung is also famous for Half Moon lake, Starlight brigde and many sparkling castles such as TajimaSago, Cham Charm, Parkson Paragon, Crescent Mall..., the villas in Phu My Hung area are normally very quite, however, on Christmas Day, they are all decorated beautifully by their owners.
