Delicious Vietnamese egg coffee recipe.

 Ingredients.

1 egg

20gr Vietnamese pure coffee

3 teaspoons of sweetened condensed milk

Boiling water

Directions.

- Crack an egg and discard the whites in two different cups. Add some honey drops into the yolk and whisk until the texture becomes frothy and fluffy. The mixture should smells like cake.

- Clean your whisk and use it again to whisk the whites. Add some sugar, 2-3 honey drops and whisk vigorously until turn into fluffy texture.

- Prepare a clean cup with only 3 teaspoons of sweetened condensed milk, brew a cup of hot black coffee ( it is better to use a coffee maker rather than filter to make coffee ) and pour it into the cup. Next, pour the yolk mixture right away then finish with the white mixture on top.

- Depends on each person preference, you can either mix it all to enjoy or enjoy it layer by layer. Avoid mixing too much, it might make the coffee layer cool down more quickly and also make the egg layer taste less yummy.

Decoration. 

You can use a steel art pen to decorate or dusting chocolate powder or cocoa powder on top.

Note.

- The hotter the coffee, the better the egg coffee. You should place your cup of egg coffee in a plate with hot water inside to keep it warm.

- Pure coffee with make the your cup of egg coffee tastier.
