Quan Am Pagoda (On Lang Pagoda) in Ho Chi Minh city

Quan Am Pagoda is an attractive destination for people when travelling in Ho Chi Minh city.

On Lang Pagoda was built on a crowded street nearby Cho Lon with 1.800m2 of area with ancient Chinese pagoda style. Quan Am pagoda includes: main temple, mid – temple, and post-temple.

It has a wooden frame, tube-tile roof and beautiful decoration. Especially, the roof was decorated in French style.

Inside the pagoda is the combination of many kinds of carving, decorating and fine art which are very diversifying. There are a lot of altars in the pagoda which worship Thien Hau God, Quan Cong, Quan Binh, Chau Xuong, Ngoc Hoang..,

Now the temple still keeps a lot of antiquities at Quang Tu dynasty, such as drum, incense-burner…
