 Pillow Cake.

  Pillow cake with crunchy yellowy crust is made with grounded meat, fungus, mushrooms and a piece of boiled egg. You will use it with a sour and sweet dipping sauce and spice vegetables. Ly Quoc Su street and Hang Chieu street are the most famous for the pillow cake.  Price : 7.000 - 10.000 VND / each.

Coconut Cake.

  Coconut cake is a traditional cake of Vietnam village. Its crust is made from glutinous rice flour so it is very soft and chewy. Its filling is made with coconut fibers, black sesame just like Chinese stuffed sticky rice balls. Coconut cake is sold at Dinh Liet street or in Night market - Dong Xuan.  Price : 4.000 VND / each.

"Banh duc" is rice cake made of rice flour and lime water, use with grounded meat, fungus, mushrooms, fried onion and some herbs. You can find it at Minh Khai street, Le Ngoc Han street or Goc De market.
