Visiting Hanoi in one day

You can travel by taxi, motorbike, bicycle or any vehicles that you want. Depending on where you want to go, you can choose the perfect time to travel to Hanoi.

Where to go in one day in Hanoi?

After having a bowl of Pho Hanoi, you should visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum first because the mausoleum only opens in the morning and closes on Monday and Friday.

After that, visit Temple of Literature and have lunch with bun cha or hot roll cake in the old quarters. In the afternoon, go for walk around Sword Lake – Ngoc Son Temple, the old quarters, Hanoi Opera House and buy some souvenirs, enjoy street food.

If you get tired, you can stop and enjoy a cup of coffee to watch the busy streets of Hanoi (café on Hang Gai St, or some other café with beautiful view in Sharks’ Jaw near Sword Lake).
