For clients based in the UK, flight-inclusive holidays are also ATOL protected under licence number 12191, and other travel arrangements are covered by financial failure insurance through Evolution Insurance Company.

No. Hotel rates through our partnerships match the hotel's own rate. For more complex journeys, a planning fee is agreed at the outset, so you always know what you are paying for.
